John and his team did an incredible job on my bathroom remodel. This was my first time doing any sort of major remodeling and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. His team was punctual, courteous, and delivered quality work. Best of all, there were no surprises with the bill. John’s quote was fair and the project came in on budget. We had a wonderful experience working with John and team after a different contractor ghosted us on our fireplace remodel, leaving the job half done. In addition to being responsive, detailed in outlining his recommendation to finish our project, and comparable in his quote, John and his team were highly punctual and finished the job beautifully (and were meticulous in getting the tile pattern just right!). I recommend John to everyone I know for their quality work and superb service!

John and his team were fantastic!! Our home was remodeled from top to bottom and everything looks incredible. We have had some traumatic experiences with other contractors in the past, so we were a little nervous at the start of this project. HoweverJohn has always been super responsive, quick to resolve any issues or come up with solutions. The rest of the crew were so kind and efficient as well. Thanks again!

Highly recommend John and his team at Chicago Home Revision. We have had him out to do a few projects – the largest of which may have been a complete bathroom remodel in a 1930’s condo building in Chicago. Anyone doing a bathroom remodel for the first time will likely read all the horror stories online about doing a bathroom…over budget, taking longer than expected, and/or not turning out the way they wanted it to. With John, the planning up front, execution, and follow-up meant we didn’t have to deal with any of those issues and over a year later, we still love the bathroom. Chicago Home Revision’s work, attention to detail, flexibility and guidance meant that we understood the scope of the project. Maybe more to the point, there weren’t unexpected issues, delays, or unwarranted/misunderstood additional costs. John is very communicative, provided clear explanations before, during, and after, and knows what he is doing. Thank you John and team!
